How the Articles Support the App Concept
The research-based articles directly support iMoodify’s core idea: connecting emotional well-being with mindful product discovery. The first article reinforces the need for stress-relief tools by showing how everyday stress impacts our mental health, while the second highlights how emotional awareness can enhance creativity, aligning with iMoodify’s goal to help users better understand and care for their emotional states. By grounding our features in science—like mood-matching and curated recommendations—we ensure the app is not only engaging but also meaningful and backed by real insights.
